PURPOSE: A lens barrel including a barrel and a photographing device comprising the same are provided to protect lens unit from impact and contamination. CONSTITUTION: A lens cap assembly(112) is arranged in front of a lens unit. A lens protection assembly(113) is arranged between the lens unit and the lens cap assembly and is opened and closed. A barrel frame(114) has the lens unit, the lens cap assembly and the lens protection assembly. The barrel is formed with a material which transmits light.
