Provided is a mobile communication method which performs communication between a mobile station UE and a radio base station eNB by using a predetermined key.  The method includes a step in which a radio base station that manages a reconnection destination cell of the mobile station UE in a reconnection procedure of the mobile station UE acquires from the exchange station MME, a first key KeNB[n+1] for generating a predetermined key to be used for communication between the mobile station UE reconnection destination cell and the mobile station UE.
