PURPOSE: A method for producing composite particles is provided to obtain super water- and oil-repellent particles with the control of surface functionality while maintaining super water- and oil-repellency. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing composite particles with super water- and oil-repellent surface comprises the steps of: preparing a monodisperse polymer bead by polymerizing polymerizable monomers; coating the surface of the monodisperse polymer bead with an inorganic layer to prepare organic-inorganic composite particles; and fluorine modifying the surface of organic-inorganic composite particles by reaxting the polymer beads with a silane compound of R1_(4-n)-SiX_n.
