PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to improve insulation between a high voltage coil and a low voltage coil by forming an air gap on a first partition. CONSTITUTION: A transformer includes a bobbin(110) and a cap(120). The cap surrounds the bobbin. The bobbin includes a coil winding unit, support units(115), and a first partition. The high voltage coil and the low voltage coil are wound around the coil winding unit. The support units are formed on the lower side of the coil winding unit. The support units guide the high voltage coil and the low voltage coil to a specific location. The first partition prevents an electric connection between the high voltage coil and the low voltage coil. At least part of the first partition is comprised of two partitions to form an air gap.
