PURPOSE: A method for preparing ginsenoside Rd of high purity using Lactobacillus casei strain is provided to ensure anti-wrinkle effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for prearing ginsenoside Rd of high purity comprises: a step of extracting ginseng or red ginseng using a solvent at 50-110°C for 1-487 hours to obtain saponin; a step of mixing the extract with Lactobacillus casei strain or culture thereof and fermenting; a step of crystallizing ferment and performing chromatography; and a step of removing PPT ginsenoside. The solvent is water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, acetone, ether, bezene, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, hexane, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, or cylohexane. A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle contains ginsenoside Rd extract of high purity as an active ingredient. |
