The invention deals with the problem of how to quickly and reliably connect the body (11), generally a flanged part and the cover (12), in particular the body (11) and chassis (1) cover (12) of the pump for providing the circulation of cooling liquids with internal combustion engines without the need of cutting a thread into one of them or to use any screw or similar element with a previously provided external thread and nut or previously cut internal thread. According to the invention the link between the body (11) and cover (12) which is made with the help of screws (19), which are with adequate ease inserted through openings (119) into the body (11) of the chassis (1) and are running towards the cover (12) of the pump chassis (1), is made in such a way that the screws (19) are self-tapping.
