PURPOSE: A baby carriage cover is provided to protect an infant sitting on a baby carriage from strong lights by selectively covering the front window of the baby carriage. CONSTITUTION: A baby carriage cover comprises a main body(100) and a window cover(300). The main body covers a baby carriage through the open bottom thereof. The window cover is made of a transparent material and attached to the main body in order to open or close a window(111) formed in the front side of the main body. An air cleaner for purifying the air entering the main body is formed in the left or right side of the main body.
