PURPOSE: A plant with enhanced resistance at high resistance through oligomerization of thioredoxin-like protein is provided to ensure enhanced thermal resistance. CONSTITUTION: An AtTDX protein(GenBank assession number: NP_188415) comprises 380 amino acids. The protein contains a tetratricopeptide repeat(TPR) domain at amino acid residue 112-213th site and Trx domain at amino acid residue 270-380th site. A plant having resistance at high temperature expressed AtTDX protein.
