CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-inflammation contains ethanol extract or ethanol solution extract of horse bone as an active ingredient. The ethanol solution contains 70-80% of ethanol. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition or food composition. A composition for suppressing iNOS contains 70-80% of ethanol solution extract of horse bone as an active ingredient.
