PURPOSE: A WIG(Wing In Ground) craft is provided to ensure both ground effect and operating stability by varying the arrangement of plates installed on the end of each wing according to altitude. CONSTITUTION: A WIG craft comprises wings and plates(200). The wings are provided on both sides of the craft. The plates are respectively installed on the ends of the wings and moved to control the ground effect or induced drag. A rotary shaft(110) is installed on the end of each wing and has a rotating axis of the same direction as the traveling direction of the craft. One end of each plate is pivotally connected to the rotary shaft while the other end faces vertical downside, vertical upside, or horizontal side.
