FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises successive grinding and anode polishing at 70-90C in electrolyte containing chlorides with the following ratio of components in wt %: calcium chloride - 2-3, ferric chloride - 3-4, hydrochloric acid - 0.1-0.2, water - 92.8-94.9, at current density of 3-4 A/dm2 and voltage of 270-290 V. Note here that machined parts revolves and dips completely into electrolyte. Grinding is performed by discontinuous abrasive wheel to roughness Ra=0.07-0.08 mcm while polishing is made to roughness Ra=0.02-0.03 mcm. Note here that, in anode polishing, abrasive wheel is moved outward unless its rotational axis is aligned with that of the part and reciprocates along said part. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and polish. ^ 1 tbl, 3 dwg |
