PURPOSE: A vapor permeability prevention processing method is provided to remarkably improve the property of an organic electro luminescence device by preventing the penetration of oxygen and moisture into a device. CONSTITUTION: An ITO is deposited on a plastic or a glass. A pattern is formed on the ITO substrate(10) in order to form an organic layer. The organic layer and the cathode(20) are deposited on the pattern. The organic layer and the cathode are protected by depositing SiNx with a first vapor permeability prevention film(30) on the organic layer and the cathode.
