PURPOSE: A cutting insert is provided to minimize contact area between a product and an insert and prevent shaking by the installation of both cutting edges obliquely to a hole. CONSTITUTION: A cutting insert(10) comprises a cutting unit(11) and a cutting edge(13). A hole(12) is formed at the center of the cutting unit of an insert. Both cutting edges are formed at an angle wider than an angle of a diagonal line, viewing from a plane. The cutting edge of the insert is inclined downward from the front side to the hole.
