The device (10) has a panel receiving heat flow on an external face (11e). A strip (20) is mounted relative to an internal face (11f) of the panel. The strip extends along edges (11a-11d) of the panel, where the strip moves between a position in which the strip is withdrawal from the edges of the panel and another position in which the strip exceeds from the edges of the panel. Supports (40) are distributed on the internal face of the panel at nearer to the edges, where the supports receive the strip in a sliding manner. The device is made of composite material with ceramic matrix and composite material with reinforcement of carbon fibers and silicon carbide matrix.
