HARDENINGLESS AND VIBRATINGLESS FLUIDZING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A functional flowing filler with non-compaction and non-vibration functions is provided, which is adapted for filling underside of foundation or underground cavity in soft ground. CONSTITUTION: A functional flowing filler with non-compaction and non-vibration functions comprises soilcrete cement and a filling material which are mixed at a volume ratio of 1:1~2. A consolidated structure is formed by mixing the mixture of soilcrete cement and filling material with air at a ratio of 20~90vol.%:10~80vol.%. The consolidated structure contains water 100~500vol.% per 1m^3. The filling material has a compressive strength of 5~80kgf/cm^2 and a fluidity of 200mm or greater.
