PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) under various conditions, and a composition containing a stabilized IMPDH. SOLUTION: The IMPDH-containing composition comprises IMPDH and thioglycerol and/or N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC). The IMPDH-containing composition is an inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH)-containing composition in which a phosphate donor and/or a metal ion co-exist(s) and contains further thioglycerol and/or N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC).
