PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush with a brush cleaning tool in which the brush cleaning tool, which cleans the brush of the toothbrush, is contained within the toothbrush and the toothbrush and the brush cleaning tool are utilized and stored as one body. SOLUTION: The toothbrush with the brush cleaning tool has a holding handle part 21, the brush 23, a cervix 24, and a head 25 and consists of the toothbrush 20, in which a hollow part 22 having an opening is formed in the holding handle part 21, and the brush cleaning tool 10 which has a gripper 11, a fitting part 12, a handle 13, and comb teeth 14, the fitting part 12, the handle 13, and the comb teeth 14 of the brush cleaning tool 10 are contained by the hollow part 22 of the toothbrush 20 and can be put in and pulled out, and the fitting part 12 of the brush cleaning tool 10 is fitted into the hollow part 22 of the toothbrush 20.
