PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot gripper which certainly holds seedling pots piled up and even not retaining an exact alignment. SOLUTION: In the pot gripper, a holding frame 6A is movable vertically to a holding frame 9A and also movable horizontally in a certain range, a supporting connection rod 8a' is supported to be movable vertically and horizontally with respect to the holding frame 9A in a certain range and contained in a holding connection pipe 5A with a certain looseness, the holding connection pipe 5A is supported by the holding frame 6A to be movable vertically and horizontally in a certain range, and the pot holder 3A is provided with a rotation preventing member 4f which penetrate the holding frame 6A so as not to rotate in the holding connection pipe 5A and also not to interfere in the vertical and horizontal movements.
