PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool which facilitates the rotation of a handle with respect to a cleaning body part only along a predetermined cleaning direction in which it is possible to clean efficiently by the cleaning body part. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool 10 comprises the cleaning body part 11 provided with a cleaning surface 13 and the handle 12 connected rotatably with the cleaning body part 11 via a joint part 16, and is used pressing the cleaning surface 13 to a surface to be cleaned. The joint part 16 is composed of: a joint base 18 rotatably supporting one end 12a of the handle 12 around one rotary axis; and an attaching, detaching and engaging hole 15 formed in the cleaning surface 13 of the cleaning body part 11. The bottom surface 18a of the joint base 18 adheres with the back surface 14 of the cleaning body part 11 in an engagement state. On the bottom surface 18a of the joint base 18, a positioning projecting part 19 movable back and forth elastically biased in a projecting direction is provided.
