INTERNAL MACHINING METHOD FOR OIL PASSAGE HOLES OF HYDRAULIC BREAKING HAMMER
摘要

An internal machining method for oil passage holes of a hydraulic breaking hammer comprises the following steps: a. drilling three main oil passages in an intermediate cylinder body to required sizes; b. machining a piston hole (2) and a reversing valve hole (3); c. drawing a mark on a position of the inner hole where a transverse oil passage hole (9) is to be machined; and d. drilling the transverse oil passage hole (9) towards the oil through hole direction on the marked position by a numerical control electrical machining apparatus (7). Compared with the prior art, the above machining method is simplified, has lower machining cost, and can thoroughly solve the quality problem of oil leakage on the cylinder body surface.
