<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a compound optical filter by composing an electromagnetic wave filter and an optical filter suitable for display application while omitting a flattened layer for preventing surface swell or autoclave treatment for eliminating remaining bubble. <P>SOLUTION: An optical filter member 1 with a thermoplastic adhesive layer 4 (A1) and a conductor layer transfer member 5 (A2) where a peeling layer 8 and pattern-like conductor layer 9 are stacked as a transfer layer 7 on a mold-release base material 6 are overlapped, and heated and pressurized, and the conductor layer is buried in a thermoplastic adhesive layer (B). Then, the mold-release base material is peeled, the conductor layer and peeling layer are transferred to the optical filter member, and a compound optical filter is manufactured (C) where the optical filter member, the thermoplastic adhesive layer, the conductor layer buried in the thermoplastic adhesive layer, and the peeling layer having a flat surface are stacked. Regarding the thickness of the peeling layer, a conductor layer forming part is thicker than a non-forming part.
