<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain information for improving communication quality with the minimum traffic. <P>SOLUTION: This communication equipment measures the reception level of radio waves transmitted from a base station, and detects the position of the communication equipment when measuring the reception level. When the reception level is smaller than a first threshold, the communication equipment compares a second threshold with the reception level. When the reception level is smaller than the first threshold and also equal to or larger than the second threshold, the communication equipment transmits the reception level and the position to a predetermined notification destination.
