PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger achieving cost reduction. SOLUTION: A second heat exchange part 60 includes a plurality of second fins 61, a plurality of heat transfer tubes 70 and U-bend tubes 71, 72. The heat transfer tubes 70 penetrate through the second fins 61 and extend to the direction intersecting with an air flow. The U-bend tubes 71, 72 are members for interconnecting the two heat transfer tubes 70 arranged adjacent to each other. The second fin 61 includes a bent part 61a bent viewed from the penetrating direction of the heat transfer tubes 70. The heat transfer tubes 70 interconnected by the U-bend tubes 71, 72 are arranged to be separated from each other in the bent part 61a by either one of a first predetermined distance A or a second predetermined distance B.
