<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning line driving circuit configured with transistors of the same conductivity type, to cause scanning lines to be in a floating state, and to shorten output pulse rise and fall time. <P>SOLUTION: A scanning line driving circuit includes a first transistor TFT1 having a source electrode connected to a power supply VDD and a drain electrode connected to a scanning line SL and a second transistor TFT2 having a source electrode connected to the scanning line SL and a drain electrode connected to a clock signal line CLK. The conductivity type of the second transistor TFT2 is identical to that of the first transistor TFT1. A bias can be supplied, so that the first and second transistors are caused to be in an off-state simultaneously. Herein, both the TFT1 and TFT2 are N-channel TFTs, and when the gate electrodes thereof are made to be a high(H)-level, thereby the TFT1 and TFT2 are caused to be in an off-state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
