<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sweet taste seasoning using a natural raw material to make flavor of soy sauce remain in the sweet taste seasoning. <P>SOLUTION: The sweet taste seasoning using natural raw material is produced by utilizing the sweet taste of sweet sake and mixing the sweet sake with soy sauce.
