PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a motion of an object such as a human body or article with a small processing amount and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a sensor device for measuring a motion amount related to the object which repeats a prescribed motion, and a motion analysis device for analyzing the prescribed motion of the object based on the result of measurement by the sensor device. The motion analysis device includes: a means for holding time-series data of the motion amount measured by the sensor device; a means for analyzing the spectral strength in time series by frequency for the waveform suggested by the held time-series data by using a prescribed function and by applying parameters different according to the frequencies as the function; and a means for comparing the results of analysis of the spectral strength for respective frequencies among different frequencies, and analyzing a prescribed physical amount related to the prescribed motion of the object based on the result of comparison.
