<p>Provided herein is a process for enriching and detecting the differential proteins/peptides between a control sample and a test sample by depletion of the proteins/peptides similar to those in the control sample from the test sample via an affinity media. The differential proteins/peptides detected by the process provide vital information for discovery of biomarkers and drug targets, assessment of health risks, and personalized treatment for diseases.</p> |
