<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag position detection system simplifying an antenna adjustment design and reducing the number of RFICs to be used, and has extremely superb practicality. <P>SOLUTION: In the RFID tag position detection system, transmission/reception antenna sections 1 are provided in a matrix along X- and Y-coordinates axes, X-direction signal processing sections 3 including an RFIC for performing transmission of a question signal for transmitting a response signal from an RFID tag 2 in a prescribed region via all the transmission/reception antenna sections 1 placed side by side in a Y-direction on one X-coordinates and for performing reception of the response signal are provided each corresponding to respective Y-direction rows of the transmission/reception antenna sections 1, and Y-direction signal processing sections 4 including an RFIC for performing reception of the response signal via all the transmission/reception antenna sections 1 placed side by side in an X-direction on one Y-coordinates or for performing transmission of the question signal are provided each corresponding to respective X-direction rows of the transmission/reception antenna sections 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
