PURPOSE: A piston caulking apparatus of a rack bar for a power steering system is provided to improve the quality and increase the productivity by fixing the piston firmly with restricting failure in processing. CONSTITUTION: A piston caulking device of a rack bar for a power steering system is composed of a first caulking unit(200) having a tool body(260) caulking a piston of the rack bar with plural vertical caulking tools(300), and a second caulking unit(400) having a body(440) mounting plural caulking tools(460) vertically. Caulking units are installed at both sides of a main plate(20) moving back and forth by a cylinder(40). The position of the caulking tool is adjusted with a cylinder and an adjusting screw. The piston is caulked with the caulking tools by turning the rack bar between caulking units.
