PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate including a high hardness cured film which inhibits the occurrence of aggregate, has a good external appearance and excellent mar resistance and a coating fluid for forming the cured film on a base material. SOLUTION: The coating fluid includes a siloxane compound (P) which is a hydrolysis condensate of an alkyl silicate (A) represented by formula 1 (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>may be the same as or different from one another and each a 1-10C alkyl group and n is an integer of 2-10) and an alkoxysilane (B) represented by formula 2 (wherein R<SP>5</SP>is an optionally substituted 1-10C alkyl group, a phenyl group, a vinyl group, a (meth)acryloyl group, an epoxy group, an amide group, a mercapto group, an isocyanate group or a 2-4C acyl group; R<SP>6</SP>is a 1-10C alkyl group; and m is an integer of 0-3) and has a weight average molecular weight of not small than 10,000 and an amount of carbon atoms present therein of 0.5-5 mol per mol of silicon atom; and the laminate includes a film obtained by curing this coating fluid and a base material.
