PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake disk rotor having improved wear resistance and heat resistance, and economical efficiency at low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: On the surface of a disk rotor body formed of an aluminum alloy, a coat layer is formed which is coated with Cu alloy powder in a high-speed frame spraying method.
