<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a phase-locked oscillator which is small-sized and can be made into an IC. <P>SOLUTION: A phase-locked oscillator array for obtaining a plurality of phase-locked oscillation signals includes: n first to n-th differential amplifiers each of which has a first input terminal and a second input terminal to which two signals different in phase by 80° are inputted; and n filters F which couple the second input terminals of k-th differential amplifiers (k is a natural number and is equal to or larger than one and smaller than n) and the input terminals of (k+1)th differential amplifiers and couple the second input terminal of the n-th differential amplifier and the input terminal of the first differential amplifier, in opposite phases. Each filter F includes a second inductor L12 disposed between a second input terminal B12 of one differential amplifier 1 and the ground, a first inductor L21 disposed between a first input terminal B21 of the other differential amplifier 2 and the ground, and a series connection circuit of a third capacity C15 and a third inductor L23 for connection between the second input terminal of one differential amplifier and the first input terminal of the other differential amplifier 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
