PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discrimination device, free from change in ratio of output values among pre-registered discrimination objects before and after registration and cancellation of registration of new discrimination objects. SOLUTION: The discrimination device includes a fixed neural network 26 which outputs first output data for distinguishing a discrimination object where input data are involved out of a plurality of pre-registered discrimination objects, a neural network management part 27 which adds a variable neural network 40 outputting second output data for distinguishing whether or not the input data is involved in a new discrimination object when the new discrimination object is registered by an external operation and deletes the second neural network when the registration of the new discrimination object is canceled by an external operation, and an output processing part 29 which can generate the discrimination information where the second output data takes precedence over the first output data.
