It additionally contains a flow divider of aqueous solution in the form of an elliptic paraboloid, a system in the form of in-series located collapsible ring discharge electrodes and voltage dividers (R, R, R) to ensure successive growth of the voltage (U<U<U), with possibility together with air flow to obtain monodisperse aerosol and maximum electrical charge on its particles by successive supply of the system of corona-forming electrodes. |
