The present invention is a system and method for sending, accessing, and responding to an audio message, with or without an attached survey, between a sender and multiple recipients across multiple communication channels or devices such as cell phones, personal computers, or telephone land lines. In one embodiment, the system comprises a database server having a first data base configured to store audio messages recorded by a sender and a second data base configured to store recipients selected by the sender to have notice of and access to the audio message. The system further comprises a phone communication server and a web communication sever in dual communication with the database server. Both the phone communication server and the web communication server comprise application software having first and second script configured to allow the user to record and store an audio message in the first data base. The application software of both the phone communication server and the web communication server further comprises third and fourth script configured to allow the user to select and store a group of recipient in the second data base. The system further comprises a mail management module stored on the database server. The mail management module comprises a first script configured to create a notification corresponding to the MNM. The notification comprises a first data field providing a telephone number so the recipients may elect to call the phone communication server to listen to the MNM. The notification further comprises a second data field providing a web address so the recipients may elect to access the web communication server to listen to the MNM. The mail management module further comprises a second script configured to send the notification to the communication devices of the recipients.
