PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid application method which enables applying of even a very small amount of liquid stably as well as a device adaptable for this method. SOLUTION: First, after performing a cleaning of the apex of a needle 1 for liquid supply and the outer wall surface 3 of the needle 1, the needle 1 is moved upto the application position of an object to be coated 4, and the application clearance 5 between the apex of the needle 1 and the application surface of the object 4, is checked and adjusted referring to a recognition screen area. Further, in order to stabilize the internal state of the needle 1 prior to putting the coating in practice, the liquid is preliminarily ejected by the needle 1 at a preset value for preliminary coating to a dispenser controller. In addition, the ejection amount of the preliminary ejection liquid 6 is checked by a recognition camera, and the accomplishment of the ejection amount to the specified level as a result of the adjustment, is confirmed. After the adjustment of the ejection amount, the liquid 7 is applied depending on the full-dress application conditions of the dispenser controller, and the liquid 7 is applied to the object 4. Thus, it is possible to stably apply the very small amount of the liquid under this method, even when a pneumatic pressure dispenser unit is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
