<p>A self-inflatable life belt consisting of: - a watertight, flabby, elastic air chamber (1) having tubular shape, divided into a couple of watertight, reciprocally independent sections (3), by means of a vertical sealing (2); - a buckle consisting of a couple of quick-connection half-buckles (5, 6), arranged for fastening the life belt to the body of the user, wherein each of said half-buckles (5, 6) is mechanically tied up to the free ends of said air chamber (1); - a couple of rechargeable bottles (8) containing a liquid gas suitable for inflating the gasproof sections (3); - inflating valves (11) arranged for determining the intake of gas into said gasproof sections (3); - deflating and recharging valves (19) arranged for the outlet of gas from the gasproof sections (3), and the refill of said gas bottles (8) by means of refill tanks (R). The life belt is activated by the user by means of a predetermined traction performed directly on the air chamber (1 ) of the same.</p> |
