<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a biopolymer such as glycoprotein or mucopolysaccharide separated with excellent separability, with high sensitivity by an antibody or the like without transcription, by using a support for electrophoresis having a hydrophilic layer on a hydrophobic polymer film, in separation detection of the biopolymer such as glycoprotein or mucopolysaccharide by electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: After performing migration separation of the biopolymer such as glycoprotein or mucopolysaccharide by using the support having the hydrophilic polymer layer on the hydrophobic polymer film, heating processing is applied to the film, and the biopolymer such as glycoprotein or mucopolysaccharide is detected by using an antibody, a pigment or the like for the film after the heating processing. Consequently, the biopolymer such as glycoprotein or mucopolysaccharide is immobilized on the film, while securing excellent separability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
