PARTICULATE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate pharmaceutical composition for oral administration capable of suppressing or decreasing the amount of initial drug dissolution and maintaining the subsequent rapid drug release and further capable of decreasing a change in drug dissolution rate after compression molding, and also to provide a disintegrating tablet in a buccal cavity which contains the pharmaceutical composition.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the particulate pharmaceutical composition for oral administration wherein a drug-containing particle is coated with a coating material comprising a methyl methacrylate-butyl methacrylate-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer and a water-soluble polymer.
