PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt-down type vehicle seat including a cover for suitably covering a clearance occurring when a seat mode is changed. SOLUTION: The tilt-down type vehicle seat 1, in which when a seat back 2, having a lower end portion 2a rotatably mounted on a floor 10, is tilted over a seat cushion 3, the seat cushion 3 moves downward, includes: a leg 4 having an upper end portion 4a rotatably mounted on a front portion 3a of the seat cushion 3 and a lower end portion 4b rotatably mounted on the floor 10; and a connecting link 5 extending from a rear portion 3b of the seat cushion 3 and having a rear end portion 5a rotatably mounted on the seat back 2 in a position above the lower end portion 2a of the seat back 2. A first cover 6 is mounted on the connecting link 5 for covering the same and a second cover 7 is moveably mounted on the first cover 6 in downward deployment from the first cover 6 such that a lower area of the first cover 6 is covered.
