PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling effect on a compressor motor in a refrigerant compressor. SOLUTION: A first compressor impeller 24 of two compressor impellers 24, 26 compressing a refrigerant flow 14 is arranged in a housing 32, and refrigerant is compressed by the first compressor impeller 24 and flows out of a refrigerant pathway 44 disposed inside the housing 32. The refrigerant further flows from the inside of a housing 30 into a stator passage 58 provided to a motor stator section 36 to cool the motor.
