PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intubation assistance instrument, an intubation assistance apparatus and an intubation assistance system, each of which can be easily cleansed, in which only an easily abrading part can be appropriately discarded or exchanged. SOLUTION: The intubation assistance instrument 3 includes: an elongated assistance instrument body 4 to be inserted into a target site of a patient from a mouth cavity or a nasal cavity of the patient; a guide member 8 detachably attached to the assistance instrument body 4, the guide member having a guide portion 82 into which an intubation tube is to be inserted when the intubation tube is intubated into the target site of the patient, the guide portion capable of guiding the intubation tube to the target site; and a lock mechanism 9 that detachably locks the guide member 8 to the assistance instrument body 4.
