The device has a stable rubber strap surrounded by a soft pad, where width of the strap is approximately 3 cm and diameter of the strap is 35 cm. Circumference of the strap is approximately 170 cm in a stretched condition. A surface of the strap is fastened to a rigid hoop that is made of flat plastic, where diameter of the hoop is 36 cm and surface width of the hoop is 9 cm. The surface of the strap is attached to stomach of a user by using the strap such that muscles of the stomach are massaged by right-lift-movements of the hoop.
