The fence has a fence element (13) provided with two electrical conductors (11, 12) that are located on opposite sides of the fence element, where the fence element made of a plastic film represents a non-conductor. The conductors are made from a metal film and a metal band. An electrical voltage is supplied between the electrical conductors. One of the conductors is extended into ground to depth of about 1 cm. The fence element is acted as an insulating layer to be applied on entire surface of a side of the conductor.
