摘要 <p>The method comprises coating a honeycomb structure (10', 10") on both sides, slightly pressing the produced sandwich intermediate product in a tool press under maintaining the honeycomb structure, compactly pressing the parts of the sandwich intermediate product in a trimming area, so that the hollow spaces are compacted in the honeycomb structure, and carrying out a laser trimming process in the compactly pressed areas with a laser trimming device (20). The coating material completely penetrates through the sandwich intermediate product in the compacted area. The method comprises coating a honeycomb structure (10', 10") on both sides, slightly pressing the produced sandwich intermediate product in a tool press under maintaining the honeycomb structure, compactly pressing the parts of the sandwich intermediate product in a trimming area, so that the hollow spaces are compacted in the honeycomb structure, and carrying out a laser trimming process in the compactly pressed areas with a laser trimming device (20). The coating material completely penetrates through the sandwich intermediate product in the compacted area. During coating, a chemically cross-linked material such as polyurethane material is applied. A non-woven layer is applied in addition to the chemically cross-linked material, where the non-woven is soaked with a polyurethane material. The non-woven is initially introduced in a processing step and an impregnant material is introduced in a further processing step, where a decorative layer is applied only or additionally on the honeycomb structure. A cutting gas is introduced at the cutting point in addition to the laser input with the laser trimming device. The sandwich intermediate product in the area of the compact pressing has a thickness of 1-10 mm and a width of 5 mm.</p>
