PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital conversion circuit and analog/digital conversion method suitable for real-time control. SOLUTION: The analog/digital conversion circuit includes: a comparing section 105 for comparing an analog input voltage Vin with a reference voltage Vref which varies sequentially, and outputting a result of the comparison as a digital value; a standard voltage generating section 101 which generates a standard voltage Vstd for correcting the reference voltage Vref; a storage 107 for storing a result of comparison for the standard voltage Vstd performed by the comparing section 105; and a reference voltage generating section 104 for generating the reference voltage Vref on the basis of the result of the comparison for the standard voltage Vstd.
