PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse operation auxiliary tool for easily operating an optical mouse for a personal computer and improving comfort of a hand when operating. SOLUTION: The mouse operation auxiliary tool for the optical mouse comprises sheet materials of prescribed thickness, includes a recessed part 2 in almost the same shape as a flat surface shape for storing the flat surface shape of the optical mouse M and a hole 2A at a part equivalent to an illumination part of the optical mouse on a recessed part 2 bottom surface, and comprises a body 1 where a side frame part surrounding the recessed part 2 and a hand root part side frame part for mounting the hand root part are integrally formed.
