TESTBENCH FOR TESTING ON STRAIN CON-RODS OF BRAKE SYSTEM OF CARS

摘要

Testbench for testing on tension con-rods of brake system of cars includes basis that is arranged as platform for placement of those con-rods there and frame connected to it. Active and passive fixation elements are placed on platform. Power drive controller of load are fixed on frame, passive fixation element is arranged with possibility of control of its length depending on length of con-rods tested. Measuring device additionally includes indicator of deformation of con-rods tested. The testbench has control system connected to power drive and those indicators of measuring device and arranged with possibility of automated control of modes of loading, transformation of characteristics of those indicators, registration and storage of results of tests, testbench testing and blocking its operation at emergency.
