A device for prevention of damages of the parenchyma at epidural anesthesia is made in the form of a needle and mandren. It is equipped with a mobile glass with regulation stop of supply of size of needle penetration in epidural space and made with a female thread with the possibility of circular and axial turning.The needle behind a working zone is made in the form of cylinder of enlarged diameter with a groove. Besides on a working part of needle the nonius scale of its penetration depth is put.
