A hybrid nonsymmetrical multilevel frequency transducer relates electrical engineering and may be used in automated electric motors for frequency control of AC electric motors, as well as for other AC energy consumers of regulated frequency. The said transducer comprises a source with three levels of voltage which are formed by a voltage distributor on two in series connected capacitors, three-phase bridge-circuit rectifiers, which are connected one to another via charging resistors, with contactors which close them. Every phase comprises three-phase three-level invertors. To output of every phase of the three-phase inverter.
